New Private Residential Projects to Look Out For in 2019!

Nearly 40% of the projects launching this year are located in prime districts of Singapore – D9, D10 and D11. Many of these projects are rare and freehold; the Orchard Road shopping belt and top international schools are also within reach.

Although foreign buyers are subject to high additional buyer’s stamp duty, Singapore property market still remains attractive to foreign buyers compared to Hong Kong, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
  
With the surge of new launches, the number of new units sold may range from 8,000 to 10,000 units. However, it’s worthy to note that demand may depend on economic conditions and external factors such as the US-China trade war.
