7 September 2018, Singapore – Japan’s listed developer, Property Agent Co., Ltd (TYO.3464) has appointed Centaline (Singapore) Property Agency Pte. Ltd. to market one of its projects in Singapore. Centaline (Singapore) will be holding an exhibition at Grand Park Orchard this weekend on 8 and 9 September. Japan is known as the world's third-largest economy and the fourth-largest exporter and importer. The country's economic performance has also remained stable in 2018. With the launch of various reconstruction plans and Japan's successful bid to host the 2020 Summer Olympics, the Tokyo real estate market has piqued the interest of investors from around the world. Known as the world's largest metropolis, Tokyo has drawn a pool of international companies to set up businesses in the city as there are more business and job opportunities as compared to other regions in Japan. In recent years, Japan's fertility rate has fallen but Tokyo's single population continues to rise, resulting in a high demand in small-sized apartments. In addition, Japan has lesser restrictions on overseas investors hence foreign buyers also get to enjoy the same privileges as local buyers.
Centaline Property (Hong Kong) was appointed by Property Agent Co., Ltd in the first quarter of 2018 to market several of its projects and had managed to clinch a substantial amount of deals. Given its proven sales performance and demand, the developer has appointed Centaline (Singapore) to market its new project, Cracia Luxesuite Akihabara in Singapore. The project is located in Chiyoda-ku (千代田), one of the 5 major wards in Tokyo. It is a freehold project with 66 units, ranging from 305 sqft, and unit layout ranges from 1K to 1LDK.
With the ease of accessibility from 9 different subway stations all within walking distance, which includes Maju-cho (JR Sobu Line Express), Akihabara (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line), Asakusa Bridge (JR Sobu Line), East Japan Bridge (Toei Asakusa Line) etc., high tenancy rate is expected in that area. Kitchen and bathroom appliances are included in the unit and key collection is estimated to be on 31st March 2019.
The property exhibition and seminar will commence at 12pm and ends at 5pm on both days. Admission is free. For those who are keen, do register your interest for the event at www.centalineevents.com.sg or call to register at +65 6438 3919.
